Marketing Officer

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Social Media Manager. The Social Media Manager will oversee the creation and implementation of content strategies across various social media platforms. Responsibilities include managing social media accounts, developing and optimizing strategies to increase engagement, writing and editing posts, and ensuring brand consistency in every communication. The role requires proactive collaboration with internal teams to align messaging and campaigns with company goals.

Key Responsibilities


  • Content plan development based on brand's strategy
  • Plan advertising campaigns for products on a variety of marketing channels
  • Prepare and post different types of content Educational, Commercial, Entertaining based on brand's strategy
  • Collaborate with managers in preparing budgets and monitoring expenses
  • Make sure that all communication points send the right message and are aligned with brand's strategy.


Requirements

  • Experience in Social Media Marketing
  • Strong Communication and Writing skills
  • Experience in content development
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Basic knowledge in Graphic designing, Video Editing tools, and other content creation tools
  • Ability to use AI tools is a plus
  • Familiarity with the FMCG industry is a plus
